Ke Alii Ocean Villas is the newest condominium project in South Maui.  Located accross the street from Kamaole Beach One in Kihei.  This project is being built by Towne Development Hawaii and will consist of 144 two and three bedroom units.  Ammenities will include Ocean Views, Garages and a Pool/Recreation area.
