Located on the north side of Black Rock sits one of the jewels of Maui resorts, the Royal Lahaina Resort.  This was the first resort developed along Kaanapali Beach in 1963 and set the standard for years.

Now the resort is being completly renovated and modernized into a top luxury destination.  As part of this the large grounds have been subdivided and luxury fee simple condominiums will be constructed.  The Villas at Royal Lahaina will consist of eight buildings with large 2,3 and 4 bedroom units.  All will have underground parking, top of the line appliances, finishes and of course the finest location in Kaanapali.  Estimated initial pricing is expected to be $2,000,000 to $10,000,000.
